Shipment Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Orders over R1000 qualify for free courier delivery.

For other orders, the following rates apply:

• Cape Town & Surrounds, including Boland/Helderberg: R75 per 6-bottle case (Delivery in 1–2 business days)
• Main Centres: R100 per 6-bottle case (Delivery in 2–3 business days)
• Regional Centres: R210 per 6-bottle case (Delivery in 3–5 business days)

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Damages

Contreberg cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. Should you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing your claim.
