Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your bank as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at admin@contreberg.co.za and send the item to:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
• Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Recommendations:

• For items valued over R100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
• We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
